How to Pay Your HOA Assessment:​

Pay Online & Avoid Late Fees: Enjoy the freedom of paying your way—whether by card or check. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing to ensure your payment arrives on time.

Know Your Payment Options:

  • Best Value: Auto-Pay via eCheck is 100% FREE. It’s the easiest way to ensure you never miss a due date.

  • Card Payments: A 2.95% fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions (one-time or recurring).

  • One-Time eCheck: A $2.25 fee applies to single, one-time eCheck payments.

Note: The Association’s bank determines all processing fees and may modify this schedule at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable law.

Mail Your Payment: Send a check, money order, or use your bank's bill pay to: "Your Association Name", P.O. Box 98542 Phoenix, AZ 85038-0542 - Please remember to "memo" your account number or property address.
