As the founder and visionary behind Structured Management Group, Deidra sets the strategic direction for the company while remaining deeply involved in the daily operations that support our Boards and homeowners. She is the driving force behind SMG’s core mission: providing the dedicated structure needed to turn community chaos into peace of mind.
A passionate and hands-on leader, Deidra has spent her career observing the industry and identifying exactly what volunteer Boards actually need. Her people-first, transparent approach to leadership focuses on creating a cohesive, inclusive culture. As she often says, “SMG is more than just a management firm; it was built for homeowners, by homeowners.” She believes that by fostering a work environment her team is genuinely proud to be part of every day, they are better equipped to deliver exceptional, proactive service to the communities they manage.
With over 18 years of experience in the community association management industry, Deidra has served in various leadership and management roles. Throughout her career, she has continually built and maintained strong, collaborative relationships with association board members, vendors, and homeowners across Nevada. She is a firm believer in doing things the right way—rejecting bloated overhead and glitchy software in favor of remote efficiency, transparent communication, and proven technology.
Under Deidra’s leadership, SMG is paving a new path for boutique HOA management in the Las Vegas market, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than transactional contracts.
Deidra is a highly credentialed professional, holding her Supervising Community Association Manager (SUPR CAM) license in the state of Nevada. Additionally, she holds the prestigious Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation and the Dedicated Community Association Leader (DCAL) credential, reflecting her unwavering commitment to industry education and excellence.
