Digital Townhall & Workshop Booking Policies At Structured Management Group (SMG), we are committed to providing free, high-quality education for Nevada homeowners and HOA Board members. To ensure our Digital Townhalls remain a valuable and welcoming space for everyone, please review our simple booking guidelines below: Registration is Free but Required: All workshops are 100% free to attend. However, to protect the security of our digital space, all attendees must register in advance to receive the Zoom access link. Waitlists & Capacity: While our digital rooms hold a large number of attendees, space can fill up quickly. If a session is marked as "Waitlist Only," please submit your email, and we will notify you the moment a spot opens up or a new date is added! Courtesy Cancellations: We get it—life and HOA emergencies happen! If you register but can no longer attend, please cancel your registration via the link in your confirmation email. This courtesy allows us to open up your spot to another community member. (Don't worry, we will still email you the recording!) Q&A & Code of Conduct: Our Townhalls are designed for general education and community building. During the live Q&A, we kindly ask that you keep your questions focused on the general topic. To protect your privacy, instructors will not be able to address specific, personal account disputes or active legal issues within your specific HOA during a public forum. Recording Notice: By attending an SMG Digital Townhall, you consent to being recorded. Sessions are recorded strictly for educational purposes and will be uploaded to our SMG Resource Vault so attendees can re-watch the material at their convenience.
