With a career in the community management industry that began in 2006, Chrislynn brings two decades of exceptional organizational, financial, and leadership expertise to the SMG team. Serving a dual role as both Controller and Director of Operations, she is the operational backbone of our company. Chrislynn oversees our financial management systems, internal procedures, and overall client care—ensuring that every community we partner with experiences the true meaning of "Structured" management.
Chrislynn’s extensive operational experience has been instrumental in refining SMG’s business model to accommodate sustainable growth without ever losing our boutique, hands-on touch. By designing and implementing streamlined operating procedures, she guarantees a consistent, top-tier client experience for every homeowner and Board member. She works tirelessly to train, equip, and empower new SMG team members, passing on her vast industry knowledge so they can deliver the best possible service.
Her role is vital to our mission of organizing the chaos. On the financial side, Chrislynn's meticulous oversight as Controller ensures total transparency, accuracy, and compliance for our Boards' budgets and reserve funds. On the operational side, her compassionate, people-first approach ensures our team operates efficiently and confidently.
From managing internal workflows to safeguarding community financials, Chrislynn’s breadth and depth of experience make her an absolutely integral member of the SMG family. She is a dedicated leader committed to the long-term success of both our employees and our clients.
